WHAT IS THIS NOTICE FOR
On this page we describe the management modalities of the site according to the
treatment of users' personal details.
It concerns the information, also according to art. 143 legislative decree no.
196/2003 Code about personal details protection - for those people, who interact
with the Guarantor for personal details protection's web services. This information
is telematically accessible from the address http://www.garanteprivacy.it, which corresponds to the home page of the official Authorities' site.
The information is given only according to the Guarantor's site, not according
to other web sites eventually consulted by the user through other links.
The information follows the Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the European authorities
for personal details protection, in a group established through art. 29 directive
no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17th May 2001 in order to find some minimum requirements
for the on line personal details collection, and in particular, modalities, times
and nature of the information, which the treatment proprietors have to give to
the users when they link up to web sites, independently of the their purposes
THE TREATMENT "PROPRIETOR"
After the consultation of this site, data relating to identify people or identifiable
people can be treated.

DATA TREATMENT PLACE
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the over
mentioned Guarantor's seat and only the staff of the appointed office, or eventual
other appointees for occasional upkeep works, may use them.
No data deriving from the Hotel Bellerive web service are communicated or diffused.
All personal details given by the users, who send requests for illustrative material
(bookings, Cd-rom, newsletters, trade information, replies, etc.), are used only
in order to carry out the requested service and are communicated to third persons
only if it is necessary (publications expedition service, newsletters etc.).

Computer systems and software procedures, in control of this web site functioning,
acquire, during their normal service, some personal details and their communication
is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
It deals with information, that is collected in order to be associated with identified
interested persons, but that, because of its own nature, could permit the users'
identification through processing and associations with third persons' data.
IP addresses or names, domain of the computers used by the persons who are linked
with the site, the addresses, in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) annotation,
of the requested resources, the request time, the method used by posing the request
to the server, the dimension of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code
indicating the state of the reply given by the server (successful conclusion,
error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operative system and to the
user's computer environment, are all parts of this data category.
These data are used only in order to obtain some anonymous statistical information
about the site use and in order to check its correct running and are deleted after
their processing. Data could be used for the responsibility investigation in case
of hypothetical computer offences towards the site: except this possibility, all
data don't remain more than 180 days on web contacts.

Their non-supplying can involve the impossibility to receive what you requested.
For the completeness we have to remind you that in some cases (not object of
the ordinary management of this site) Authority can request news or information
according to art. 157 legislative decree no. 196/2003 in order to control the
treatment of personal details. In these cases the reply is obligatory if you don't
want to incur any administrative penalties.
TREATMENT MODALITIES
Personal details are treated through automatized instruments for the necessary
time of attaining the ends for which they were collected. Specific security measures
are observed in order to prevent data lost, illicit or incorrect uses and not
authorized access.
INTERESTED PEOPLE'S RIGHTS
Every moment all interested persons have the right to obtain the confirmation
of the same data existence and to know their contents and origins, to verify their
correctness or to ask for their integration or updating or correction (art. 7
legislative decree no. 196/2003).
According to the same article, every user has the right to ask for their deletion,
the transformation into an anonymous form or their stoppage in case of breach
of the law, and to object, in every case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
All requests must be sent to the Guarantor.

The present information about privacy is consultable automatically through the
most recent browsers, which implement the P3P standard (Platform for Privacy Preferences
Project) proposed by World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3c.org).
Every effort will be made in order to make the practical qualities of this site
as much as possible interoperable with all mechanisms of automatic privacy control,
which are at disposal in some products used by the users.
